The purpose of the Website is to present and promote the services provided by KÖBER SRL and to contract with potential clients interested in these services through the Website. WHO ARE WE?

Founded in 1991 by engineer Aurel Kober, KÖBER SRL is a family business and the first private company producing paints and varnishes in Romania. Currently, KÖBER SRL is the leading national supplier of paints and resins for the decorative and industrial products market in Romania. The company owns three production plants, the first one established being the factory in Turturești, Neamț County, with a production capacity of over 30,000 tons of industrial products, distributed to our customers through four divisions: Industrial Paints, Automotive Paints, Wood Protection Paints, and Powder Coatings. The second factory owned by the KÖBER group is the decorative products factory in Dumbrava Roșie, Neamț County, with a production capacity of over 100,000 tons of Decorative Paints. At the end of 2002, the company also entered the thermal power plant market under the Motan brand, being the first and only domestic producer of thermal power plants, succeeding in a market dominated by importers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Company is the exclusive holder of all intellectual property rights related to the content of the Website, including, but not limited to: articles, text, photographs, illustrations, music, audio and video clips, trademarks, logos, and designs.

Website visitors may access, download, and print the materials published on the Website for free, exclusively for personal use and only for non-commercial purposes. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages that the Website visitor, potential Client, or any other third party may suffer as a result of using the Website in any way or for any purpose or as a result of the Company’s proper fulfillment of any legal and/or contractual obligations it has.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Website or the conclusion, execution, and termination of these contracts will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
